We take your privacy seriously. We collect and process your data for legitimate business interests. When you enquire about our courses or services, whether through our website, by telephone or face to face, we collect data to enable us to tell you about our courses and services.
If you apply for one of our courses we will request and collect data regarding your qualifications and personal details. If you accept a place on one of our courses we will gather and collect any mutually beneficial data necessary to ensure the successful completion of your course. This may include private health information and details of particular educational needs. This information may be shared with your tutors and other relevant organisations if necessary. For example, the NCTJ requires evidence of particular educational needs for any candidate requesting extra time in exams. We have no intention of sharing this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you graduate we will continue to hold data regarding your exam results and general course performance. We also keep your personal details for our alumni pages on Facebook. Here we inform you of job, networking and further training opportunities.
